夏日清爽滋味推介－青森魚鮮

早前收到PR邀約，到了又一城的千両試食他們最新推出的「青森夏季限定餐目」，有看開我們Blog的朋友都應該知道我們是千両的粉絲，沒有理由不去吧！

好像之前吃的秋刀魚系列，亦算是比較特別的。今次他們亦因應時節而推出了一些夏季限定的新菜式。

香港夏天這麼熱，吃日本菜清涼一下就最適合了。

而這次他們推出的是聯合日本青森縣職人推出的特別餐目，菜式全選青森縣出產的鮮魚及蔬果。一開始還不知道，原因青森縣出產的海產及農作物非常多呢！青森蘋果汁聽過沒有？這個我經常買的！！但原因除了蘋果，青森還有出產密瓜！這個絕對推介！！另外還有漁鮮，帆立貝，平目魚及張目魚等等。這次千両推出的都包括了很多不同的青森縣食材，我們下面就先逐一介紹一下吧！

「職人」(Shokunin) 一詞來自日本古老傳統，尊稱一群在某領域中默默耕耘、精益求精以達至爐火純青的人物。

要品嚐到食材最原始的味道就一定是吃生的吧！新不新鮮一吃就知道了。

今次的刺身拼盤有2個分量選擇，兩口子就可以選青森三點剌身

平目，目張，帆立貝，魷魚，一次過把青森的漁鮮先以刺身的食法全試一遍！一般建議由味道比較淡的刺身開始
今次試食有幾道菜都有目張，目張刺身的肉質比較厚實，我們就覺得味道有一點清淡，加一點醬油剛好可以幫助提鮮。

原來平目即是平日的“左口魚“或“比目魚“，但好像以刺身的方式吃的機會不太多。

生吃的話其實味道是比較清淡的，但這個簿片做法配合其他食材反而感覺十分清新及特別！

加上醬汁燒得很香，很彈牙不會很難咀嚼的。不錯的

又是另一個需要再來吃一次的菜式，這個帆立貝是否太肥美了！
牛油燒原來帶出了它的鮮味！相對於這次吃的目張魚或平見魚，這個是相對比較濃味一點的，牛油香濃而帶子鮮甜！

日式的汁煮，其實目張的外表好像有點像……大眼雞（噗）。說笑而已，日式汁煮帶甜，跟生吃不同。用汁煮了後味道會偏濃，比較適合吃慣濃味的朋友，不過吃的時候都要注意魚骨。

青森不只蘋果好吃，這個密瓜真的是讚不絕口! 我一定會再來點這個！
他們對於選擇蜜瓜的甜度都有特定的要求，要選甜度在 17、18 度，所以不用擔心蜜瓜的甜度不一致喔～
雪糕是超濃的奶味，如果可以配搭清新一點的雪葩就更好了！

除了食品外，這次我們另外品賞了一些青森特產的酒，包括：
這個酒精高達 16 度，對不太喝酒的我來說有點難入口。但對於我們的酒鬼 Noel 來說，她的評價是很不錯呢！她把我的那杯都喝光就知道（笑）。

純米大吟釀　$150／150ml

值得一提是這支酒於2014年及2016年兩度榮獲世界最權威單位 International Wine Challege 品牌會之純米吟釀級別的金牌獎。喜歡喝米酒的你不可錯過！
這個是我最愛！！女士們應該都會喜歡這個，容易入口，清甜的味道。不過也不能少看，也有 7 度酒精的啊，比啤酒還高，但這個是絕對喝著喝著，喝多了也不覺的類別！這杯喝完後十分開胃！

蘋果酒　$38／100ml

青森的蘋果產量是全國第一，但原來梅子的產量亦屬本州北部之冠！所以這次千両把梅酒也帶來香港給大家試試，這個酒精達12度，不過我太愛蘋果了，青森的蘋果真的不是蓋的！所以我還是比較推蘋果酒 😛

來一個貴婦式的下午茶 @Tea WG

閒時假日總喜歡找個地方跟閏密們享受個下午茶，我們享受的，不只是美食，跟是環境，及我們與友人跟的悠閒時光。

對上一次來 Tea WG 是因為被它家的茶，以及這個金光閃閃的外表所吸引。這家店的裝潢很有英式的貴族風格，所有的佈置及茶具都十分精緻，要優雅地拿起杯子！

而看它整家店的門面就知道它們是以茶為聞名，茶的種類多到數不過來，如果你跟我一樣有點選擇困難的，我建議你可以直接把他想要的口味跟店員說一下，他們的建議都非常專要而且每次都可以找到合我心意的茶葉口味。
除了茶，TEA WG 還有不少甜點選擇，美荼跟甜點總是一個絕配的選擇！而這次我們受到TEA WG 的邀請來試試它們下午茶，還以為是HIGH TEA 之類的下午茶，其實它們也有熱食的！而且味道亦是比我們預期的要高！

Pacific Place 店有分室內跟室外兩部份。說是室外，其實都是商場內的，所以很多人都喜歡於這個區域用餐，而我們則選擇了室內的部份。因為人少一點，靜一點，希望可以慢慢享受我們今天的食物。

TEA WG 說是以茶聞名，除了內用外，還有很多不用的包裝茶可以給買回家。看這些色彩繽紛的小罐子，應該連不太喝茶的人也會想把他們帶回定吧！

包括有STARTER, MAIN, CAKE, TEA + JUICE，全部２人份。這個價格來說，不算貴。

先看看我們當天吃的MENU:

跟平日一樣，選擇太多，我選不出哪種茶，就直接跟店員討論起來。

可能看我們兩位女孩子，他看介紹了幾種比較香甜的茶給我們，下面的LOVE ME TEA是綠茶BASE, 聞落比較甜，滲有淡淡檸檬香味。

藍色SILVER MOON 這罐同樣也是綠茶BASE 的, 添入了grand berry 及vanilla 的香味。

我們想要多一杯不太甜的, 所以另外選了一個期間限定的black tea, Darjeeling Nouveau 大吉嶺的茶葉。

另外最近新推出的還有sakura 的櫻花茶，相信亦是不少女士至愛。

我們最後選了一杯大吉嶺及一杯love me tea。

選好茶後，就開始用餐了。

我們的starter 是溫泉蛋mushroom。慢煮的蛋一拮即破，蛋醬添合了磨茹來看味道剛剛好。作為 starter 是說，味道不會太濃太淡，剛剛好。

而主菜我們則選了一個法式魚塊及和牛risotto 。

整個Fresh Dover sole fillet 味道很清新。

而RISOTTO 煮得很CREAMY 味道很好，和牛如果可以再生一點，肉質應該會更好。

吃過主菜，還可以選擇2件蛋糕，我們選了它們的signature cake – Singapore Surprise 及一件 strawberry seasonal cake。

Singapore surprise 這個絕對有驚喜! 單件售 $60，分量也蠻大，很香很香的蛋味，而且不會太甜，絕對是值得再一試之選！

另一件SEASONAL 的CAKE 也不錯，很清甜不膩。

最後再吃一口香茶，真的十分滿足！

最後另外介紹一下它們的 MARCOON，添合不同茶的口味，比市面其他的沒有來得那麼甜。

單件$20，特別推薦綠色的搽茶口味。

[美食] SCHOOL FOOD

最近因為SCHOOL FOOD 來香港開店了引至大排長龍的熱潮，突然就換醒了我發現原來這篇上年的文章還沒有寫好呢!

本來想試試香港的SCHOOL FOOD 跟韓國的有甚麼不同再完成這篇的，不過香港分店實在是太~~~~~多人了！所以我放棄了 (笑) ^^

在韓國要吃SCHOOL FOOD 都不用排隊! 先讓我們來介紹一下吧!

先是它們網站的自我介紹:

至於版主的觀察呢… 簡單來說，這是一間韓式傳統小食的創意食店! 它們把紫菜包飯再加了點創意做成了自家的特式食品，還有炒年糕及拉麵等韓式小食店出售的食物。不過價格當然就不是那些小店的價格啦… 單是裝潢都不止吧! 哈哈!

另外，雖然叫SCHOOL FOOD，其實在韓國我看還是OL 光顧比較多，因為是因為價位比較高的問題吧!

先看看它們的裝潢~~~ 韓國的包裝還真的崔高!! 每家店都打扮得令你完全沒有抵抗能力!

來SCHOOL FOOD 當然不能不點它們的마리吧! 마리 就是這家店的人氣食品，亦是我們之前提到 “把傳統食物加入創意改裝成的食物”!

因為是 “創意食物”，價格當然會比ORIGINAL 的紫菜包飯來得貴…

下面的 SPECIAL 1 就索價 7,000 WON 了~ (對了一下餐牌, 香港這個價格是 HKD$62)

說真的，個人覺得3,000 WON 一大條的紫菜包飯卷比較好吃………………………….

然後再下來是炒年糕。簡單到不行的韓國街邊小食，沒有創意不創意了吧?

好… 這個是 5,000WON, 比마리便宜一點。(不過香港這個售價一樣是 HK$62! )

試了一口後…

媽的! 版主縱橫韓國多年…. 還真的第一次遇上吃不下去的食物….

原因是太~~~~~~~~ 辣了! 跟香港的麻辣及酸辣都不一樣，中國式的辣會愈辣愈想吃，不停喝水也會忍不住要吃不去。但這個炒年糕的辣因為是地獄級的辣，而且是會令你完全不想再吃下去的辣… 連同行極愛炒年糕的友人別了幾口後亦忍不住放棄了…. 其實呢碟野，除左辣味，完全唔會食到有其他味。

其實上年係韓國食完，都真係無咩心機再試，所以一值都無完成篇文；不過今次香港開咁多人排隊食，都忍唔住SHARE番下 😛

雖然我地目前既評級都算一面例地覺得差，不過既然咁多人話好食，下次等我地再試嘛其他菜式先! 話唔定會轉番做好評 ^^

[週末台北] 必吃推薦老四川巴蜀麻辣燙

第一次到老四川，是因為工作的關係，由台灣人帶路去的。

老四川於台北就只有一家，就算是午飯時間也得預約，地點不算便利，可是人氣依然爆燈。

可是這家的麻辣火鍋還真是一吃難忘! 可是因為實左有點難預約的關係，之後就一直都沒有機會再次到訪。但為了再次品賞美食，這次我們就在出發前在香港打長途電話去預約!

韓國人喜歡吃內臟，牛腸豬腸店幾條街就可以找到一間。

如果是RUNNING MAN 的粉絲的話亦都應該知道，哈哈在弘大亦開設了一家專吃烤大腸的食店 – 八字大腸。

[Cafe] 釜山最好喝的紅薯咖啡 – Café de SOUL

沒有咖啡不行的版主，到了釜山又怎可以放棄找尋咖啡之旅?

來到望美站，本是打算的尋找的是一家以無印良品muji為題的咖啡廳，於韓國朋友的部落格上找到，店內裝飾亦美美的跟無印風格很像；所以決定今次釜山行一定要前往一看!

平日大家去釜山旅遊，應該不會踏足望美站，因為這兒真的沒有其他景點的，是非常地道的住宅區！我們來這兒為的就是一口咖啡！

要到的咖啡店位置非常接近地鐵站出口，所以不怕迷路，不過找了一找，怎麼店名不同了？

cafe de muji 變成了 cafe de SOUL 了!!!!

真的，位疊一樣，可是店子轉手了！店名不同了，裝潢都不同了…

有點小可惜，不過既然已經來了，就試一試這家新的cafe de SOUL 吧!

小店是走溫馨的風格 (跟原先計劃的無印簡約白色風截然不同)，店內黃黃的燈還放置了不少小擺設。

位置不是處於旅遊區，相反的卻坐滿了韓國人~ 店子有室內跟室外區。不過店都蠻小的，大概只有5,6 桌。

大家都十分安靜地閒聊及溫習，我們四周視察了一下後點了一杯 green tea Latte 及紅薯latte，還有一個蜜糖吐司。

其實除了韓國，我還沒有在其他國家有看過紅薯咖啡，可見韓國人真的很喜歡紅薯!

第一次試的感覺是… 非常讚呢!

其實版主沒有特別喜歡紅薯，可是這個感覺是非常的香口，不會太甜，淡淡的又保留著紅薯的味道！這杯latte完全是我整個行程中最懷念的一部分!!

如果你有時間，我絕對建議是花１個半小時，到望美去找找這杯令人難以忘懷的紅薯latte 吧!

說起 mmmio 好宅，要住到它還真的要預早點時間，我們這次的預約大概就提早了2個月時間。

難訂房都有它的原因，主要是m3的房間數量都真的不多，而且它家價格實惠，設計又蠻有特點，所以很受背包客的歡迎。

[試用] iPhone 專用紙喇叭

認識版主Katie 的朋友都知道，我是蘋果的 dead heart fan! 曾經試過轉用 Android 手機，不用幾星期還是轉回iPhone的懷抱!

無可否認 android 平台的手機的功能性比較強，可是對於手機介面來說，還是iOS 最合我心意。

我的 iPhone 除了打電話，最常用的功能有兩個，1是拍照edit 相；2就是聽歌~
